Learn how to customize your download notification emails with your branding, messaging, and design preferences.
Accessing Email Template Editor
Section titled “Accessing Email Template Editor”- Navigate to Email Settings in the main menu
- Email customization interface opens

Customizing Email Subject Line
Section titled “Customizing Email Subject Line”Subject Line Field
Section titled “Subject Line Field”- Find Email Subject field
- Enter your subject line
- Use variables for dynamic content
Default Subject

- Include shop name
- Be specific and clear
- Use customer name (personalization)
- Keep under 50 characters
- Test on mobile
Don’t:
- Use all caps
- Overuse punctuation!!!
- Use spam trigger words (FREE, URGENT, ACT NOW)
- Make it too long
- Leave it blank

Logo Requirements
Section titled “Logo Requirements”Recommended specs:
- Format: PNG (transparent background) or JPG
- Dimensions: 600x200px max
- File size: Under 500KB
- Aspect ratio: Landscape (wider than tall)
Logo Size Control
Section titled “Logo Size Control”- Find Logo Size slider
- Adjust size (50px - 200px)
- Preview updates in real-time
Size recommendations:
- 100px: Standard (default)
- 75px: Subtle/minimal
- 150px: Bold/prominent
- 200px: Maximum (use sparingly)
Logo Positioning
Section titled “Logo Positioning”Logo appears in email header:
- Centered (default)
- Above title
- Professional placement
Remove Logo
Section titled “Remove Logo”To use email without logo:
- Click Remove Logo button
- OR set logo size to 0
- Email shows without logo
Button Customization
Section titled “Button Customization”Button Color
Section titled “Button Color”- Find Email Button Color picker
- Choose color
- Button updates in preview
Color tips:
- High contrast with background
- Matches brand colors
- Easily clickable appearance
- Avoid red (associated with errors)
Button Rounding
Section titled “Button Rounding”Adjust button corner radius:
- Find Button Rounding slider
- Adjust from 0 (square) to 20 (very rounded)
- Default: 6px
Style options:
- 0px: Sharp, modern
- 6px: Standard (default)
- 12px: Friendly, approachable
- 20px: Very rounded, playful
Button Sizing

Responsive behavior:
- Desktop: Standard width
- Mobile: Full width (easier to tap)

- Check file size (under 500KB)

- Re-upload logo
- Verify logo URL accessible
